FOOD SAFTEY
For the best food safety measure, it is best that charcuterie boards, grazing boards or boxes are eaten within 4-5hrs. If this time frame cannot be ensured then it is recommended that items should be covered and stored in a refrigerated area until it can be consumed, preferably within the same day.
